What is MALFA
Mahikeng Local Football Association (MALFA) is a member of the South African Football Association (SAFA) Ngaka Modiri Molema in the North West Province. It is a member in good standing and performs its functions in Mahikeng Local Municipality and has over 50 Members who are in good and has fulfilled with all obligations imposed upon by the MALFA Constitution in order to be in good standing. All of this members are affiliates of various leagues which runs from our development leagues within our LFA to ABC Motsepe for Men, and Hollywood BETS league for Women.
We currently preparing our development 2022-2023 season leagues for:
Under 09, 11,15,17 and Under 19 which is the promotional league for male categories
We also assist with the monitoring of the following due to the fact that our members are competing in the following leagues:
leagues for women soccer
Mahikeng local schools league (Planning Stage)
Regional and Sasol league
Hollywood BETS which is prime league (as PSL) for women in our country.
Our main aim is to administrate, develop children from the age of 6 years until 19 years, coordinate and promote the game of football within our jurisdiction which is Mahikeng Local Municipality as we are the only custodian of football within the area.
